14. Automatic-fed plastics shredding machine
SC-100 SC-100 automatic-fed plastics shredding machine is the most important part of granule production equipment// Raw materials for granules goes from the squeezer in the form of straps and granules, they they go to the water tray for cooling, then they are dragged in the pressing rollers, and go under speed rotating blades that crush them into granules. To crush the raw materials, a special strong cutting tooth of 65 mm is used. It efficiently decrease deformation and loading on the rotating blade, thus decreases wear and damage. At the same time, there is an adjusting hole in dragging and pressing roller of the machine. The hole can be adjusted to size requirements of plastic granulated plate .

16  Dewatering and granule extracting machine

Dewatering and granule extracting machine serves mainly for waste raw materials in recycling and plastic semi finished goods production. The crusher serves for crushing waste plastic products such as barrels, bottles, tubes, bags, cello films. The equipment has a lot of advantages such as good design, high productivity, long service life. Shredded films and silk balls do not wind on the rotating shaft. Sifter allows to receive crum-bled plastic secondary materials of various size and shape.
